Refund Policy 

We are committed to your satisfaction with our coffee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Unused and Unopened: Coffee bags must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  • Timeframe: Refunds must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or a copy of your receipt.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at or 801 580 1211.

  2. Return Shipping :

    • If you prefer, you can return the unopened coffee bags to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • If you choose not to return the coffee bags, we can still process your refund.

  3. Refund Processing: Once your refund request is approved (and we receive the returned coffee bags, if applicable),we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to process.


The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or used coffee bags.

  • Coffee bags purchased from a third-party retailer.

  • Coffee bags that have exceeded the [Number]-day return timeframe.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive damaged or defective coffee bags, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your coffee purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
